Imprint & Legal Notice

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This page identifies the operator of Teachlabs.app and explains how to reach us with legal, content or copyright matters.

1. Site operator

Teachlabs.app is operated as an online software service reachable at https://teachlabs.app. The service is provided by the Teachlabs.app operator, referred to in all legal texts on this site as "Teachlabs", "we", "us" or "our".

2. Contact

The fastest and preferred way to reach us for any legal, billing, privacy or support matter is email: info@philipp-bolender.com. We answer legal notices sent to this address; a postal address for formal service of process is provided on written request to the same address.

  • Email: info@philipp-bolender.com
  • Website: https://teachlabs.app
  • Response time for legal and privacy requests: normally within 30 days

3. Responsibility for content

We are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with applicable law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under applicable law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a concrete infringement, and we will remove such content promptly.

Courses, videos, community posts, files and other material published inside a customer academy hosted on Teachlabs.app are third-party content. The customer operating that academy is responsible for it, not Teachlabs.

4. Liability for links

Our service contains links to external websites over which we have no control. We accept no liability for their content; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was recognisable. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

5. Copyright

The content and works created by us on this site are protected by copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require our written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Copyright complaints regarding content hosted on the platform are handled through the notice-and-takedown procedure described in our Terms of Service.

6. Online dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers in the European Union can find general information about online dispute resolution on the European Commission's website.
